Losing & maintaining weight loss should occur through a positive lifestyle change, not the use of fad diets or quick fixes. - Below is a graph of how a 5-2 diet could look. The majority of people eat well during the week, and poorly at weekends (5-2). - In basic terms I recommend to clients a 20% calorie deficit on a daily basis.
